Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@pimoraskincare.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.

Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@pimoraskincare.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare products (unless defective)
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at support@pimoraskincare.com.
