📦 Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are located outside the U.S., please contact us before placing an order.

⏱ Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 8–15 business days (includes 1–3 days processing + 7–12 days transit)

Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, seasonal demand, or unexpected delays. Estimates are not guaranteed.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier's system.

If you don't receive tracking within 5 business days, please contact our support team.

⚠️ Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. PIMORA is not responsible for delays or deliveries to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error before your order ships.

📬 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly.
  3. Reach out to our support team if further help is needed.

If a package appears lost, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

📷 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number and photos for faster resolution.

📦 Split Shipments

Some orders may ship in separate packages due to inventory availability. If this happens, you will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
